WHY ORDER FROM US ?
Because we combine many years of experience of importing and exporting books, audio and visual media
to and from Germany as well as many years of experience teaching German as a foreign language.
WHAT IS THE COST ?
We charge the German list price plus shipping.
DELIVERY OPTIONS AND RATES:
- All books are sent by registered surface-mail book rate.
- Optionally, books can also be sent by registered mail.
(Traditional mail service in some countries can be unreliable.
If this is your case, please advise us as of secure delivery options for your country.)
Shipping charges for goods valued
- up to 1,000 euro is a flat rate of 10 %
- over 1,000 euro, no shipping charges.
For delivery by other means (express, air, etc.) we charge only the actual shipping cost.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE ?
Most orders are processed in one day.
Unusual editions must be ordered from the publisher and
take between 1 and 2 weeks to process.
Estimated delivery time
For deliveries within Europe allow 1 to 3 weeks.
For deliveries overseas (e.g. Mexico, Brazil, South Korea) allow aproximately 2 months.
Airmail deliveries 7 to 10 days.
